9. A person only becomes an ASTARLIFE affiliate once he/she is registered into the system via online e-registration form. AFFILIATES who wish to refer this Business to others

10. An affiliates who wishes to actively promote the business to others shall be compensated based on ASTARLIFE’s incentive plan. |
|
| |
11. An affiliate who wishes to participate in our referral program, shall undertake to attend the New Affiliate Training (hereinafter referred to as “NAT”) within six (6) months of registration as an affiliate of ASTARLIFE. It is absolutely compulsory for all affiliates to attend this NAT. |
|
| |
12. Should the ASTARLIFE Affiliate fail to attend the NAT within six (6) months of registration as stipulated, the said affiliate’s account may subject to suspension. This will not give the said affiliate the access needed to register new AFFILIATES. |
|

13. An Affiliate should take initiative to attend the NAT conducted by the company from time to time at their nearest venue. |
|
| |
14. We are of the opinion that expect after attending a NAT session, an ASTARLIFE affiliate will be qualified to conduct the right presentation of the ASTARLIFE business / concept to their prospects. |
|
| |
15. Any ASTARLIFE affiliate found misrepresenting ASTARLIFE’ Business Concept or who may have gone against the Terms and Conditions stipulated by ASTARLIFE, may have his/her account(s) suspended and/or terminated as well as being subject to being to the relevant authorities. ("Get-Rich-Quick" scheme) |

16. An ASTARLIFE member is not required to attend the ASTARLIFE NAT if they do not promote the ASTARLIFE business to others. This exemption has to be approved by ASTARLIFE in writing. This will be monitored by ASTARLIFE based on the e-wallet earning. |

17. In respect of registration of new AFFILIATES, any qualified ASTARLIFE affiliate can register the new affiliate into the system. Should the new registered affiliate claim that he/she does not or was not made to understand the ASTARLIFE business, it is the affiliate who registered / referred / introduced the new affiliate (as stated in online registration as “referrer”) who will be directly held liable/responsible to ASTARLIFE or to the relevant authorities. |

18. The ASTARLIFE affiliate who performs the data entry during the registration of a new ASTARLIFE affiliate should be aware of all the registration procedures. Upon completion of the registration, it would signify that the new registered affiliate has agreed and accepted and will abide by the ASTARLIFE business terms and Conditions as set by ASTARLIFE. |

19. ASTARLIFE will not be held liable for any misrepresentation of the ASTARLIFE business concept by its AFFILIATES. ASTARLIFE has already made it mandatory for AFFILIATES to attend training modules before the AFFILIATES present the ASTARLIFE business to others. The ASTARLIFE business concept can only be presented by a qualified ASTARLIFE affiliate who has attended the NAT where they have been trained with the ASTARLIFE business concept and services offered along with the Terms and conditions of the ASTARLIFE Business Concept and services. Should the newly registered ASTARLIFE affiliate, who initially agreed and accepted the presentation by the qualified Affiliate and later finds that the concept was misrepresented, the parties who liable are only between the referrer and the new ASTARLIFE affiliate and not ASTARLIFE, provided the victims are able to prove that he/she has been misrepresented on the ASTARLIFE business concept by the referrer. |

20. Before any ASTARLIFE affiliate is promoting the ASTARLIFE business concept and services, he/she has to understand the market segmentation of this business. |
|
| |
21. Should ASTARLIFE find any misrepresentation about the ASTARLIFE business concept or should ASTARLIFE receive any complaints regarding any of its AFFILIATES or if there is misconduct by any of ASTARLIFE’ AFFILIATES about the ASTARLIFE business concept, the said affiliate may be subjected to having his/her account(s) suspended and/or terminated and may be subject to being reported to the relevant authorities. |

22. An inactive affiliate or an affiliate without any income for a consecutive period of six (6) months may request to resign from affiliation or subject to automatic suspension of his/ her account. Any suspended affiliate may appeal in writing to reactivate his account within 1 month from the date of suspension |

23. An ASTARLIFE affiliate may also tender his/her letter of resignation at anytime at his own will by writing to ASTARLIFE and which has be to approved by ASTARLIFE. |
|
| |
24. When any affiliate resigns his/her accounts will automatically be terminated and declared void. In this scenario, when an account has been terminated and declared void, the said affiliate is allowed to re-register with ASTARLIFE but with a different ID and in a different group than the one in which he/she was earlier. Any payment made for any previous account registration will become null and void. |

25. In any case of resignation or termination of an affiliate from ASTARLIFE, if she/he has any Star Points in his/her ewallet, ASTARLIFE will transfer the equivalent amount in the e-wallet to the quitting affiliate’s bank account within three(3) weeks after the account is terminated and declared void. |
|
| |
26. A Star Life has the right to hold any monies of the quitting/suspended affiliate to facilitate internal auditing and investigation if there is a case of misconduct.
Materials

27. ASTARLIFE is a 100% online business. Should any ASTARLIFE affiliate require marketing and promotional materials to promote the ASTARLIFE business concept, then the marketing and promotional materials have to be perused by and approved by ASTARLIFE. |
|
| |
28. All marketing and promotional materials bearing the ASTARLIFE’s logo and/or Trademark or the ASTARLIFE business concept must have ASTARLIFE approval code. |
|
| |
29. If any marketing and promotional material bearing the ASTARLIFE logo and/or the ASTARLIFE business concept does not have carry an ASTARLIFE approval code, the ASTARLIFE Affiliate responsible for that marketing and promotional material will be held liable and will be subject to legal proceedings being instituted against him/her. |
|
| |
30. A copy of the approved marketing and promotional material will be kept at the ASTARLIFE office as proof of approval. Any affiliate using the marketing and promotional material will have to execute an approval letter before using the marketing and promotional materials. This will include printed presentation materials, PowerPoint versions of the presentation, flash animation and training materials as well as websites or blogs bearing the ASTARLIFE logo and/or trademark. |

31. The company will not be liable for any printed materials carrying incorrect and/or inaccurate and/or misleading information. If any complaints arise from the public on such incorrect and/or inaccurate and/or misleading information the affiliate responsible for it will be subject to disciplinary action by ASTARLIFE as well as be liable to legal proceedings. |

32. This is applicable to all AFFILIATES of ASTARLIFE with immediate effect.
INCENTIVE PAYMENT |

33. Each affiliate is entitled to earn his/her incentives based on A Star Life’s Compensation plan. Incentive earnings are in STARPOINTS (SP) which is our universal value for our compensation plan. STARPOINTS earned are converted in to local currency of the country of the residing affiliate. The conversion rate for each country is pegged by the company from time to time accordingly to currency market performance. |

34. Payout is made automatically to his/her bank account when a minimum of 25SP is accumulated on weekly once basis. A Star Life will take all possible measures to release the payment on time but we reserve our rights in case of delay due to glitches in banking system, offline, government policies, interruptions by external forces, public holidays an such factors which is beyond our control. |

35. An Affiliate must provide his/her correct bank account information in full to avoid delay in banking transaction. A Star Life is not responsible for delay in transaction due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by an Affiliate him/herself or even by his/her referrer or anyone performed the online registration of the effected affiliate. |

36. All payouts are subject to deduction of prevailing government TDS and handling fees stipulated by the company. Trimming Applicable as and when necessary. Daily Ceiling/Capping for Fast Start Trinary are 24 pairs. Sales in All Legs After Capping Will Be Flushed Out. Power Leg Sales Carried Forward till Unlimited Depth.
REWARDS AND LEADERSHIP AWARDS |

37. All rewards and leaderships incentives are supplementary perks provided at the company’s own discretion apart from the A Star Life standard compensation plan. |

38. Only once business id per affiliate is allowed to represent to receive awards for the leadership positions. Rewards are subject to company’s discretion and market value of the gifts stipulated. Company may at any time change the gift items of equivalent value. |
|

39. The company reserve the right to amend, add and/or delete the terms and policies without prior notice as and when a need arises to safeguard the common interest of the affiliates and the company. We are in the opinion that this responsible act will only be carried out, if the company’s financial stability is at stake, to protect the interest of the affiliates and shareholders.
WARNING: Violating the rules and regulations of ASTARLIFE will result in the immediate suspension / termination of the account of the wrong-doer and with possible legal proceedings instituted against him. |
